STEP 1 Gift cards are emailed as Adobe PDF attachments, with a gift description and message included. We must have the recipient’s first and last name in order to process the gift card. This enables us to track the gift card should it be lost.
STEP 2 Enter the recipients’ email address to have the gift forwarded directly to them. If you prefer to email the gift to yourself, enter YOUR email address in the “Gift Recipient’s Email” field. If you prefer to pick up your gift card in person, choose the “Pick up at Spa” option.
STEP 3 In the “billing” window, enter the address associated with your credit card for transaction verification
Please allow up to 4 hours for email delivery. No printing is necessary. For security purposes, the recipient must present valid ID matching the name on the record at the time of service.
Gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable. They retain their original purchase value. If the current service price exceeds the gift card value, the difference will be charged at the time of service.
